Charles E (Charlie) Martin is an experienced professional who has been leading teams and developing people for over 30 years. He has lived and worked in thirteen cities throughout the U.S and two cities in Australia and has led teams throughout the U.S. Europe and Australia.

Charlie’s leadership and development experience has included leading and developing large groups with hundreds of managers and thousands of employees, to leading small teams of professionals with direct project responsibilities. He has led and worked with PhD’s, Attorneys, MBA’s, and front line employees. His functional experience has included Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resource Development, Sales and General Management. He has experienced the hands on challenge of leading a chapter 11 turnaround as the CEO and has held senior level positions such as, COO, Sr.VP, VP in multi million and multi billion dollar revenue companies. He has direct, broad leadership, and development experience in the Airline, Cruise line, Hospitality, Airport Management, Travel Management and Ground Transportation Industries.

Charlie is a true believer that it is the people in the business that determine the success of the enterprise, no matter what industry or segment. "He believes that the true differentiator between companies is the people. The companies that win are those that find, promote, train and develop the right people in the right way. Anything short of a strong focus on and investment in the full engagement of the people in the organization will commit that organization to suboptimal performance”.
