Coaching

Have you achieved everything you want in your business or career? Are you always able to stay on track and focused? Do you ever find that you are performing well in most areas but there is one area that keeps holding you back? Do you ever wonder why? Have you achieved the right balance between your career challenges and the rest of your life? Are you in the right job for you? Can you fully answer the following key questions?

Who are you?
Where are you going?
Why are you going there?

Most of us have not really taken the time to step back and seriously consider the answers to these questions and the impact these answers can have on the success we are looking for.

Coaching can help you answer these questions and perhaps uncover possibilities you have not considered.

What is coaching? Coaching is a process that helps people identify possibilities in their lives and develop plans to achieve them. It is not psychotherapy and does not attempt to diagnose mental disorders. Coaching is forward moving and action oriented. Coaches help people identify areas of their life that they would like to change and provide them with help and support and hold them accountable for staying the course and achieving their goals. The coaching relationship is a collaborative business arrangement. Coaching is two people coming together to create change. One has expertise in change management and the other has expertise in their own life

Coaching at the martin Team is provided by Charles E Martin who received his coaching training and certification from Georgetown University. The Martin Team has experience coaching Business Owners, CEO’s, CIO’s, CFO’s, Chairmen, Divisional Executives Regional Executives as well as executives and managers in transition, at a variety of levels. The coaching relationship can be generated by a company or an individual, in either case, methodologies and outcomes are discussed and agreed. The length of the relationship is determined by the issues and the desires of the client, and the relationship is always confidential and focused on achieving the client’s objectives.

“As a coach I have been told by clients that they have never felt more truly listened to than when we were working together. My practice is built on focused intentional listening, client driven solution identification and diligent follow up to support the client’s definition of success”
